Returns & Refunds

Returns Returns

Any item return(s) must first be authorized and approved by before being sent to our facilities. Returns that are sent back without receiving proper authorization from will not be accepted, refunded, or shipped back to the customer. To begin the return process, the customer must first contact at or (866)-447-8438 and request a return. All returns must be completed and received within 15 days of authorization.

Items are only eligible for return within 30 days of the receiving date. Items outside of the 30-day window will not be accepted for returns.

All items must be unused in the original packaging and returned in the condition in which they were received. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be approved and may be refused if received by If the item(s) appear damaged, used, or otherwise tampered with in any capacity, the customer will not be refunded. Sale, clearance, and sold-as-is items are not eligible for returns.

Restocking Restocking

Accepted returns will incur a 25% restocking fee charged to the customer.

Refunds Refunds

Customers who have completed an authorized return and have met the item condition requirements will receive a full refund (minus restocking fee) via the original method of payment.

Return Shipping Return Shipping

The customer bears the costs and responsibility for shipping any returned items. Customers are required to use reliable, trusted carriers who are capable of providing insurance and proof of delivery for the entire return. By shipping the return, the customer agrees to responsibility for all shipping and insurance charges, along with loss risk. All authorized returns are required to visibly display the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns must be sent to:
